Estimates & Quotes
Quotes provided are estimates based on the information you share with us. Final pricing may change if the scope of work changes upon inspection.
Payments
Payments are due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, check, or major credit cards. Late payments may be subject to additional fees.
Cancellations
If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice.
Liability
We take great care when performing our services. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage or wear on surfaces. Certain delicate surfaces may not be suitable for pressure or soft washing — we will advise you beforehand.

We stand by our work. If you’re not satisfied, please contact us within 7 days so we can make it right.
